Geo-Expansion Aid Project

The Livelihoods and Inclusive Financial Expansion Project funded by The United States Agency for International Development “LIFE-USAID” has had an exceptional and very positive impact on both borrowers and AEP.

Through this Grant, AEP was able to support itsborrowers by rescheduling and restructuring their active loans: 384 Micro/small entrepreneurs benefited from the ‘’Geo-expansion aid’’ project funded by USAID through the LIFE program. This initiative was the best support solution to offer to borrowers who were struggling during this difficult time of severe economic hardship in Lebanon, and provide them with hope after desperately trying to settle their dues, keep their businesses running, and generate decent income to cover their basic living expenses.

Owing to this aid, they were able to reorganize their activities and businesses, redefine their priorities, planify payments and kick off a new chapter in life.
