USAID-Fintech Project

Thanks to the Livelihoods and Inclusive Finance Expansion Project funded by The United States Agency for International Development “LIFE-USAID” that took placein June 2019, AEP was able to install a new Management Information System (MIS), the fintech solutions, to support and improve the workflow and gain an improved competitive stance.

The new software propelled the entire association to a next level of efficiency, and enabled us to embrace the digital era through a system that provides us and the board, at any point in time, with full visibility of the association’s performance and status in one click. It has enhanced the way of working inside the organization, the way people perceive their work, and improved the employees’ skills and processes in addition to the entire organizational culture.
